This is what you need to know about gluten-free snacks
I’ve been eating healthy gluten- free snacks for years, but now I’m realizing that I’ve gotten the message that these products are okay.
In a recent survey, more than half of adults said they would be willing to eat a gluten-containing snack in the future, according to a report by the American Heart Association.
I’ve also started to understand that, in general, foods containing gluten have less nutritional value than foods that are gluten- and sugar-free.
I don’t want to overthink it, but it’s not that I want to go back to eating gluten-based foods all the time, said Laura Hagen, an associate professor of dietetics and food science at the University of Wisconsin.
Instead, I want something I can have for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
But, it can be difficult to decide whether a meal is a good one or not.
It can be hard to decide if it’s okay to eat gluten-rich foods, or if they’re even good for you.
So I think it’s really important to have an informed discussion with friends and family about which foods are good for us.
It helps to understand how a meal may affect the way you feel, and how you can manage your eating and your lifestyle in a healthier way.
Food is so incredibly complex and we’re still learning.
So I think this is something that’s really worth sharing.
I think you can learn from all of this and be better informed and better able to make healthier choices.
