There are a few different weight check options.
For example, you can check the baby’s weight at home, and then go to the doctor to have it weighed and certified.
You can also get a child’s weight chart.

You may also need to get a birth certificate to get the birth certificate.
This is not an official birth certificate and you need to have a birth control pill or a vaccine.
