How to make a keto and healthy snack box
I’m not sure I want to start my own keto cookie recipe, but I do have a couple ideas for how I can make a delicious keto box that will give you a lot of healthy options when you’re hungry.
I’m going to use my favourite chocolate keto recipe, Chocolate Chunk, but you could also make this with almond flour, coconut flour, or whatever you like.
I love this keto breakfast box and the idea of it is to make an incredibly nutritious keto lunch box.
I like to mix up my lunch boxes with something tasty to keep it healthy for a week or two.
The keto snacks will come out of the box as well as the cookies, and the keto chocolate will be added later.
I’m going ahead and using almond flour here since almond flour makes the cookies more soft, but there are plenty of almond flour options out there.
You can make it by making almond flour in a blender, or in the food processor.
I have a few ideas on how to make it but I think I’ll stick to the chocolate recipe.
You will need 1 cup of almond meal (1 tbsp) or almond flour (1 cup) and about 1/2 cup of melted butter (I use my buttery almond flour).
I use the same blend for both the chocolate and the cookies so you will have a nice creamy chocolate with just a little crunch.
You could also use a little less almond meal but I find that it makes the ketos much tastier.
Add a little salt and pepper if you want, but don’t be afraid to add a little more as well.
If you want to get a little bit fancier, you could try using almond butter instead of almond powder and add a splash of milk for extra flavour.
If you’re just looking for a good snack box for a busy week or so, then make a few of these for yourself.
You’ll have a ton of different snacks on hand.
The box comes out of an old freezer bag, and I have found that I like that it’s not bulky, but it’s a little difficult to stuff everything into the bag without a bit of space.
The chocolate is the main focus here, but other treats like pretzels, chips, and a chocolate bar are all in the chocolate box too.
You would also be able to add other treats to the ketosis box, but that would take some planning.
I think the best way to use these keto boxes is to give them away and give the rest of your week off.
