This week’s question comes from reader Daphne, who was wondering whether a super food snack could be a better option than a healthy breakfast.
She’d been trying to decide whether to eat her lunch with a bowl of scrambled eggs, or a bowl filled with fruit and vegetables and a bowl with toast and toast.
And while her decision was a difficult one, she was pleasantly surprised to find out that a super breakfast could be more satisfying than a normal breakfast.
Daphne said: “It depends on what you need for breakfast.
Is it a lot of fruit and lots of vegetables?
Or is it a little bit of both?”
And if it’s a bit of a mixed breakfast, does that mean you can get a lot more protein?
Or does it mean you have to get some fruit?
“It’s a very complicated question.
If you just want a breakfast of fruit, or some nuts, or something sweet, it’s OK.
But if you need a whole day of fibre and fibre, that’s going to be very difficult.”
But is there a way to eat a super nutritious breakfast that is a little healthier than a regular breakfast?

They’re all found in small amounts in a variety of foods, including meat, fish, beans, cereal, fruit and some vegetables.
However, they’re all different types and they vary in the kinds of nutrients they contain.
So how do we know what type of food contains which nutrients?
It’s important to understand the types of nutrients that we’re eating.
A superfood is a food that contains many different types, and many different nutrients.
Some are essential, while others are more important to your health.
A high protein breakfastA high-protein breakfast, or breakfast containing more protein than a traditional meal, is better.
This means that the protein is in the high-quality ingredients, such as chicken, eggs, beef, pork and dairy.
There’s less protein in a super meal, so it’s less likely to cause stomach upset and could also help you feel fuller and fuller longer.
High protein and high fibreSuperfood foods contain more fibre, as well as a lot fewer calories than traditional meals.
This is because they’re packed with fibre and other nutrients, including vitamin B12 and iron, which helps to break down the food and help your body absorb it.
You’ll also find some foods with high levels, such like bananas, contain vitamin A, which can help boost your immune system and help prevent or treat certain types of cancer.

The biggest source of fibre is fruits, with wholemeal breads, cereals and pasta all having higher amounts of fibre than other types of cereal.
But there are also lots of foods with less fibre, such a bread, pasta and breads with little to no fibre.
And because fruits are so high in fibre, you’ll also get more fibre in some processed foods.
Some superfastfoods have less fibre than a typical breakfast.
These include wholemeal cakes, pasta, white rice, oatmeal and other types.
And even those types of meals that contain plenty of fibre have a higher fibre content than a standard breakfast.
And if you’re on a low-carb diet, this could mean you get a high-fat, high-sugar, high calorie breakfast that you’ll have to eat at least once a day.
The best way for you to eat the super foodYou should aim to eat your superfood in the morning, or at least before going to bed.
It will also help to ensure you don’t overeat, especially if you have a high appetite.
You may need to try to find a super restaurant or cafe where you can sit down and enjoy your meal with friends and family.
Dried fruit, which contains antioxidants, is a good option to add to a supermeal.
You can add dried fruit to your regular breakfast, but if you’d prefer to have it on the side instead, you can buy dried fruit.
